Tax Time in the New Normal!

Terby and Associates would like to thank you for your business. Last year presented many challenges that enabled us to develop and strengthen our practice. Overcoming these challenges helps us to better serve your needs!

We are optimistic about this tax year and are pleased to announce that we will be re-introducing in-office visits(on a limited basis). Please check our appointments tab to schedule.

Your needs are our top priority. We are always looking for better ways to serve you and your busy schedule. We have added and updated a few of our methods this year. Like last year, we are mainly still doing drop-off and email methods but now, you will also be able to book in-person appointments online through our website. To clarify any documents you should submit to us, please see our checklist page.

Follow Our Lead

As a response to the ongoing pandemic we have adapted our services and processes to fit the response. Everyone has their own response to this crisis. We've designed a system that will accommodate your particular response. You will find the system and its steps below.

It's as easy as 1 - 2 - 3

The following steps are designed for "contactless" tax preparation. It will still be our primary way of serving our clients this year. However as previously announced, we are offering in-office visits on a limited basis. If you would prefer that, please visit our appointments page for scheduling.

Deliver your tax documents to us. Use any of these methods to send us your W-2's,1099s, contributions, property tax statements, etc.

Once we've received your documents and you want to discuss, we will be happy to meet with you in one of the following ways:

Facetime

We can discuss the details of your documents over the phone so that we can deliver the best possible results. This is the most popular choice among our clients. Once we have had time to go through your tax documents we can give you a phone call.

If you prefer, we can "meet face-to-face" using the Zoom app to discuss the details of your documents. Currently only available on Tuesdays from 9am-3pm. Please check our appointments page to see our open slots and to schedule an appointment.

If you prefer, we can meet "face-to-face" using the Facetime app, on Apple devices to discuss the details of your documents. Currently only available on Tuesdays from 9am-3pm. Please check our appointments page to see our open slots and to schedule an appointment.
